Photo Adventures in France

Saturday 14th March 2015 - Aubeterre streets and surroundings: Meeting and introductions at 10.30 am outside the Hotel de France in the main square: The day's activities commence with a morning exploration and basic tuition before dejeuner at 12 noon. This is followed by an adventure walk starting at 2pm. Includes some or all of the following depending on weather: Architecture, street life, market, flora/fauna, the river and rural scenes. Finishes at 4.30pm approximately. 

 

Sunday 29th March 2015 - Riverside walk in Bonnes: Meeting and introductions at 10.30 am outside the Le Sud Bar & Restaurant in Bonnes: The day's activities commence with a morning exploration and basic tuition before dejeuner at 12 noon. This is followed by an adventure river walk starting at 2pm. Includes some or all of the following depending on weather: Rural scenes and various techniques showing how to balance elements in landscape, moving water, and macro photography plus bugs, butterflies, flowers and textures. Finishes at 4.30pm approximately.

 

Saturday 18th April 2015 - Grand Etang de Jemaye: Meeting and introductions at 10.30am outside 'Le Bistrot', on the waterside at La Grand Etang de Jemaye (off the D708 - Riberac - Montpon road; look for directions after the hamlet of La Jemaye). The day's activities commence with 30 minutes tuition geared to the lakeside surroundings. This will be followed by dejeuner and an opportunity to photograph this beautiful environment and the bird sanctuary. Finishes at 4.30pm approximately. 

 

Sunday 21st September  - 'Circuit des Remparts'. Vintage car races and shows in -Angoulême. Meeting and introductions at 10.30 am outside 'Le Cafe Cabana', 34 Place de l'Hôtel de ville Angoulême. The day's activities commence with 30 minutes tuition geared to the day's events. This will be followed by a light lunch and an opportunity to photograph this fabulous and famous old event and race around the old part of the town. Finishes at 6.30pm approximately.
