Creative Photographic and Art Classes from January 1st 2023
Maybe you are looking for a relaxing and creative learning experience with a digital camera, or fancy trying your hand at painting pictures.
In 2015, Richard White, a semi-retired professional photographer, artist and tutor, relocated from France to the beautiful South Cotswolds in Wiltshire. Richard, assisted by his wife Clare is now running various classes, for anyone wishing to explore their potential talents.
With a positive and encouraging approach, Richard will inspire you to go beyond your expectations so you create pictures that will give you a sense of achievement and satisfaction, no matter if you are a curious beginner or much more experienced. To make matters easier, you do not need the latest equipment or materials to enjoy the various lessons.
The classes are lots of fun as Richard aims to provide guidance and advice for improving existing skills or bringing out hidden ones without infringing individual creative expression.
Classes are conducted from Richard's premises in Wiltshire, in close proximity to the glorious surrounding countryside and villages within the South Cotswolds. You will also have access to a studio Apple MAC computer and printers. Furthermore, if you wish to take back a gift or something to remind you of your experiences, there are a number of superbly framed prints, original paintings and 'Chiara' hand-made greeting cards on display.

Digital Photography for Beginners: Learn how to get the best out of your camera. These classes will take you from snap-shots to quality images without having to learn difficult technology. You will also be able to try Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Elements and printing on our superb A2 Epson pro-printer. Includes greeting card production.

Digital Photography for Enthusiasts:
Suitable for more serious photographers who wish to extend their existing skills and knowledge to a higher level and have fun doing so. Also a foundation for those wishing to make photography their profession

Painting sketching and drawing for Beginners. Using your own equipment such as paints, boards, canvasses, pens, pastels etc. Anyone taking up this class will see immediate progress and satisfying results from carefully monitored individual tutoring. Learn how to use oil paint, acrylics, pastels and watercolour as well as crayons.

Unlike other creative courses, we work around your commitments or availability, either during the course or the start date by offering alternate dates if there is an attendance problem. Please note:- weather permitting, workshops include trips out in the locality and some fun homework.
